Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched. Contact us via our Contact page.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide and internationally to selected countries including the USA, UK, Europe, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, and more. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please get in touch.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic (Australia): typically 2–7 business days after dispatch.
International: typically 7–21 business days depending on destination. Remote locations may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size, and weight of your order. We use Australia Post for domestic and international deliveries.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.
Customs & Import Duties
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?
Each product listing includes compatibility information where available. If you're unsure whether a part suits your specific vehicle, please contact us before ordering — we're happy to help. Include your vehicle's make, model, year, and any relevant details.
Are your parts new or used?
We stock a primarily new old stock (NOS) parts. We also have quality used parts such as distributors, The condition of each part is clearly noted in the product listing.
Do you have a part that's not listed on your website?
Yes! We still have thousands of parts in stock, if you're looking for a specific part that isn't listed, contact us on (+61) 3 54 75 2661— we may be able to source it for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
